Established in 2012, at Project Rose Construction we continue to build ourselves as a contractor of the first choice to our clients. The National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC) is a regulatory body of the home building industry. Project Rose Construction is NHBRC registered (Reg. nr: 2012/065213/07).

• B-BBEE

We are currently ranked as a level 1 contributor in terms of Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) and we are determined to maintain this ranking.

• CIDB: Level 1 GB PE

Furthermore, we are registered with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) as a GRADE 1GB (PE), (General Building, Potentially Emerging) that confirms the level of work that we may tender for.
